I can't seem to launch my ExpressVPN

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Can you please explain the issue in detail?

Sure. When I click on the ExpressVPN icon nothing happens.

I have an iMAC, Ventura 13.2.1

Please tell me, is there any antivirus currently running on your computer?

I do not think so, but I don't know
I have never purchased any. have no idea where to look, or rather what to look for in my apps n order to find out.

Please tell me, have you tried rebooting your computer after installation?

I have often re-started it, though not for a couple of days.

Please tell me, did you also try to reinstall the program on your computer?

No, I did not. I simply assumed that since it is still in my apps, that it was fine.

Do you mind if we try to reinstall the VPN?

Ok. That's fine. I did juste noticve that the installer I have is for an older operating system, not the one I'm currently using.

It says that the installation was successful.

Have you uninstalled the previous version?

I don't think so. The installation was for the previous version. And the Express VPN window appeared for the first time in a while.
It's giving me an opportunity to update it now.

Did that and now I have a window for going ahead.

Has the updating process started?

Yes. There's a message at the bottom of the screen saying I got it. I have now clicked on "open"
Well, it says that this installation was successful.

Try to restart the computer now and open the program
