I have gone into the and signed up on the web a download the app and now it’s tell me two ways to sign in it says the scan a QR code or on the web and every time I go to the web it messes up

It just keeps changing the code that I’m supposed to put in under primevideo.com/mytv Yes I took a picture of it it says use your camera app or QR code reader on your mobile device I have not I use my camera and it supposed to update it automatically once you do one or the other and it hasn’t yet

Okay
This instruction on how to scan QR code :
1.Open the Camera app from the Home Screen, Control Center, or Lock Screen.
2.Select the rear facing camera. Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder in the Camera app. Your device recognizes the QR code and shows a notification.
3.Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.
Please make sure everything was right
