I am not getting any emails in my yahoo inbox

They go straight to my Trash folder.

Short summary:

  1. Open your Yahoo email.
  2. Click on the Settings icon in your email inbox.
  3. Select "More Settings" and then choose "Filters."
  4. Review each active filter and check the rules to ensure none of them are set up to delete emails.
  5. If you find any filters that delete emails based on specific criteria, such as your email address or emails from Amazon, click on "Remove" to delete those filters.
  6. Save the changes after removing the filters.
  7. Your emails should no longer be redirected to the Trash folder automatically.

Please do the following:

  1. In your e-mail inbox please click the Settings icon.
  2. Click More Settings then Filters.
  3. Choose each active filter and check the rules to confirm that none have been set up to delete emails. If it has, Click Remove, then Save.

Ok. I found filters to delete if it had my email or if it came from amazon and I deleted them.

So only Amazon letters were redirected to the Trash folder, am I correct?
