I am attempting to subscribe to Britbox,but it will not accept my password,even when I try to reset it

Short summary:

no I just keep going in circles. I’ve forgotten my password, but because I canceled my britbox subscription so I could start again

  4. Click the link in the email
  5. Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm
