I'm in it but how do I disconnect all the TV shows and her account from the device from the TV she is using my account and I'm not with her anymore

Please, follow the instructions below:
1. Go to my.roku.com.
2. Log in with your Roku account.
3. Find her device under My linked devices.
4. Select Unlink and accept the prompt
