Fitbit does not show correct time,how do I alter time

Fit bit shows Time in Calgary not uk

Have recently acquired updated iPhone down loaded versa 4 app, connected to Fitbit, got it synchronised, and it showed correct time.

I see. What FitBit do you have, the one where it shows incorrect time?

I then returned to family home and versa4 Fitbit where original set up took place, the Vera 4 Fitbit then started showing Calgary time.

If your Fitbit is showing the time wrong, I recommend making sure that the time zone setting is correct by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
  4. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your tracker.

yes, I downloaded the Versa App to my new phone, got it set up and working correctly showing correct UK time.

And now it working correctly?

Using my personal wi fi, then asked my son, who had returned to Calgary to delete the Versa 4 app on his iPhone.
I returned to family home, and Fit bit started showing Calgary time. I have tried repeatedly to get Fitbit synchronised to my IPhone. It shows my activity current activity but as if I am operating in Calgary time.
do I need to delete the Versa 4 app on my phone and start whole process again?

You can delete and again install the Fitbit app.

Got it sorted, using your first suggestion, as I discovered how to get to account, and eventually to time zone. Adjusted time zone, resynchronised fit bit to app. Now showing UK time.
