Don't know why I can's put Auto-rotate screen on, my screen just get one directon as horizontal.

I have a Lenovo tablet, TB- J606F

Short summary:

  1. Try restarting your device first. If the problem persists, move on to the next step.
  2. Check if your device has the latest system update. Go to Settings > About > System Update > Download.
  3. If the system update does not solve the issue, try performing a factory reset. Please note that you should backup your data before resetting your device.
  4. To backup your data, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Backup.
  5. To factory reset your device, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset device.
  6. Wait for your device to reset and get ready for use.
  7. Once your device is ready, check if the auto-rotate feature is working.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Could you please tell me what have you tried so far?

Even I turned off this Lenovo tablet over night, the curse of "auto-rotate screen" still no move to ON position.

In this case, you might need to perform a factory reset on your tablet.

How can I get factory reset?

author

Please note that you should backup your data before that since you'll lose it after restoring factory settings.
if you dont have any important data you want to keep, we can proceed without backup.

I have nothing important on tablet, I will reset it anyway.
