Trying to setup icloud on a new iPhone

Can't access icloud because my birthday doesn't match n the email in which they sent reset information to isn't correct. How can I correct this?

It attempts to verify me. I selected Birthday. Entered my bd. It doesn't match their records. The I emailed. The email in the system doesn't match my email. Therefore I can't move with setting-up my icloud.
Then I selected

Actually, you can skip the iCloud sign-in during setup.
