The camera picture was fuzzy so people on zoom couldn't see me but I could see them clearly

I had to turn video off but could still see them & they could hear me.

I had a problem with a video on zoom, I could see people but they couldn't see me because my picture was fuzzy and kept scrolling quickly. I had to turn video off but so they could hear but not see me.

Yes, the camera is the laptop's built-in one

Let's check if the camera working as needed:

Click on the magnificent glass or the search bar at the bottom left side of your screen.
Type "Camera" and select the Camera app
App will show you a picture of how it does see you.
