Our TV is saying No Signal

and we have atmospheric conditions have temporarily interrupted our viewing. Unfortunately we have no weather or atmospheric issues at present.

Yes we have a sky decoder and use My Sky

Try to reset your Sky box, please:
Turn off your Sky box directly at the mains.
Turn off all devices connected to the Sky box ok

Everything is working again thank you. Must have needed a reboot on everything. I had rebooted the Sky decoder previously but that did not work. Cheers for that and enjoy your evening. Kind Regards
