  • Go to your Firestick home screen to open the Peacock TV app.
  • Click “Sign in” at the top right corner.
  • Click the “Forgot Password?” link.
  • Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the email address used at Peacock sign-up, then “Continue.”
  • A password reset email will be sent to your email address.
  • Follow the instructions in the email. The link will be valid for up to three hours and can only be used to reset your password once.
