My voicemail cant be heard

Short summary:

  1. Check that your voicemail is set up properly by opening the Phone app and tapping on the Voicemail tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. If you see a "Set up" button, follow the instructions to set up your voicemail. If not, it is already set up.
  3. Test your voicemail by dialing it directly from the Keypad tab in the Phone app. Tap and hold the 1 key until the phone dials your voicemail.
  4. If you can hear your saved messages, your voicemail is working properly. If not, contact your cellular carrier to troubleshoot any issues with your voicemail service.

It`s a pleasure to hear it!
Now, please, let`s test your voicemail by dialing it directly
There might be a problem with your voicemail service at the cellular carrier. Here's an easy way to check:

  1. Start the Phone app (the one we started before)
  2. Tap the Keypad tab at the bottom of the screen and tell me when you are there
Customer Replay

So go back into voicemail

The same app but instead of Voicemail choose Keypad, please

Customer Replay

ok done

Great
Now, please, tap and hold the 1 key until the phone dials your voicemail. Tell me if you hear your saved messages

Customer Replay

wow! you I can hear them. Thank you so much and not only can I hear them you saved me a long wait for an appointment with apple store and a long drive for me

I`m so happy to hear it,*****!
Before you go, is there anything else I can assist you with today?

Customer Replay
