My LG washer is blinking CL and is locked?

how to unlock it?

Hello, thank you for using Howly. I’ll be happy to help you out! May I ask your name?

*****

Nice to meet you, *****!
CL is not an error code, but an indicator that the child lock feature is active. When the child lock feature is active, the control panel is disabled, and settings cannot be adjusted. To activate or de-activate child lock, press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds.

Customer Replay

where is the Child lock located?

What model of LG do you own?

Customer Replay

It's LG thin
stackable
Electric
WM1455*A

To attach pictures to our chat, you need to press the paper clip button in the lower right corner of the chat window. Then you have either to choose an image on your device or take a photo right away. Then confirm sending.

In case with your model:
Press and hold the Delay Wash and Add Item buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate this function.

I hope it worked. Please try to open the door if it's not washing at this exact moment.

The spin is over vibrating and we have tried to level it for the past 3 hours...is there some secret I should know?

Sorry didn't got the issue. It's shaking hard while washing?

Customer Replay

yes when it is spinning it is making a loud noise and shaking hard enough to walk it out from the wall
I am running it on downloaded to test it out

Check its' legs, the washer is not stably standing. That's why it's shaking so hard.
Try to put something under one of the legs so it stands straight and there won't be that problem.

Customer Replay

so we adjust the legs when it's in place? they are going under a counter so not so easy to get to....

Yes they have to hold the machine straight so it's not staggering.

Customer Replay

We have leveled the Machine with a level but it is still shaking ...how sensitive is it? My house is vintage so finding a level floor would be challenging

Not leveled floor is the reason so that's why you have to balance the washer using something external.

Customer Replay

rather than use the feet adjustments?

I can't see the full picture so you have to choose what is the best in your situation. But it's not broken or something, just needs to be stabled so don't worry.

Customer Replay

how do I reset the delay wash to zero?

You want to cancel it?

Customer Replay

yes
yes cancel
Will it hurt the washer if we run it when it's not stable? or it will just be noisey?
My housekeeper is here and she usually does the wash
First I need to cancel the Delay Wash button

It can hurt it actually with over vibrating, so it's recommended to stable it first.

Customer Replay

How do I cancel the delay wash timer?

You can cancel the time delay by simply turning the program selection dial to another program and then back again.

Customer Replay

thanks
