Nice to meet you, *****!
What troubleshooting have you done so far?

Customer Replay

Called and checked with the Wi-Fi provider and system has a good signal strength. Tried to read Wi-Fi and have located our Wi-Fi and tried to get signal back to television. No signal being received from router.

I see.
Is your connection wireless?

Yes

Let us try the next way:

  1. Press the SMART button on your LG remote and scroll to access the Home menu.
  2. Select the Settings button, then OK.
  3. Select Network, then Wi-Fi Connection.
  4. Your LG Smart TV will first attempt to connect to a wired network. If it doesn't find one, it'll attempt to connect to your Wi-Fi.

How it goes?
Let us to continue:

  1. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks. If you don’t see your network on the list, try moving your router closer to the TV.

I clicked on wi fi network and it says put in password which I have attempted 20 to 2timez. Here I go again and see if I get different results.

Did you remember your password?
