Called and checked with the Wi-Fi provider and system has a good signal strength. Tried to read Wi-Fi and have located our Wi-Fi and tried to get signal back to television. No signal being received from router.

2. Select the Settings button, then OK.
3. Select Network, then Wi-Fi Connection.
4. Your LG Smart TV will first attempt to connect to a wired network. If it doesn't find one, it'll attempt to connect to your Wi-Fi.

My network shows up on screen but trying to get connected is the problem

Now my network shows up on scree but not connecting signal

I clicked on wi fi network and it says put in password which I have attempted 20 to 2timez. Here I go again and see if I get different results.

Thanks, amazingly it went thru!!! You told me to do the same things that I have tried and this time it worked. Thanks a lot and my wife thanks you a lot also, it is the television she watches most of the time.
