Not your messages I mean the dialogue of the programme is shown on the screen at the same time as I can hear it

2 Press the “Subtitle” key. This key is located under the key “9” on your remote.
3 A new window will show on your TV saying “Subtitle.” Use the arrow key on your remote to press "Off.”
