yes I have the messenger app all my other messages work fine but when I click marketplace, the messages won’t load it just shows a loading symbol

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I made sure I had service and or WiFi and it didn’t work, only way I can go to my messages is if I find the post I was messaging someone about and click open chat
