If an email goes directly to spam repeatedly does that mean it's possible that it's a scam company

I was trying to reset my password they said they were going to send me a link to reset it but every time it goes to spam and it won't allow me to click on the update

Okay. Are every email from Mobile Loans going straight to spam?

Customer Replay

This is the first time I've used this company so I can't answer that question

Okay. Can you tell me please the address from which you are receiving security emails with them?

Customer Replay

Well I've gotten two different addresses I think because they sent me an email that says one is for a confirmation code and then the other one was supposedly a link to change the password but it's www.mobileloans.com so I don't know if both emails are coming from the same address or not I'm not sure

author

Can you please check these two emails and tell me the sender's email address?
It'd really help in resolving your issue.

Okay I'm looking at one that says support an email- mobile loans.com via bounce yes I believe both the emails are coming from the same address and it's support@email- mobile loans.com via bounce.email loans mobileloans.com

author

Okay, got it.
It might be confusing, but let's just double-check. Do you want to use mobileloans.com or mobiloans.com ?

Customer Replay

Let's go with the first one

But the email address that you have sent is completaly fine.
It probably goes to spam because of your email settings. But it is not a scam.

Customer Replay

Well that's the one we need to go with then the one that I sent you

author

Yes, you can feel free and click on any links in these emails.

Customer Replay

Okay that's what I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a scam I just couldn't understand why I can't get the email the link that they're sending me I can't get the link that they're sending me to reset the email but I'll just call them back and tell them to try it again appreciate your help thank you
