To return an item you ordered, please, do the following:

  1. Go to Your Orders at http://surl.li/ebefr to display your recent orders. To return a gift, go to Return a
  2. Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
  3. Select the item you want to return. Then select an option from the Reason for return menu.
  4. Choose how to process your return.

Let me know, when you will be at the last step, so I can provide you with further instruction!
