i received an email yesterday saying that two parcels had been delivered at noon by DHL. We were home at the time but did not receive any parcels

The email is from rockauto
So the last to orders are shown delivered but you did not received them?

I recommend to report a missing item in package:
1. Find your order on the Order Status & Returns page (firstly log in HERE >>> https://www.rockauto.com/help/?page=4#RPRTMIS)
2. Click "Arrange a Return / Report a Problem" next to the missing part(s)
3. Specify the quantity missing and select "Missing Part" or "Package Not Received" (whichever is true) as the reason for the report
4. The system will ask you a few questions to determine the cause of the problem and how you would like to proceed if the missing part(s) cannot be found.
