To return the item:
1. Sign in to your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in "My Orders ", and click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item, indicate the reason for return, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a pickup or drop it off at your nearest post office.
Once Shein receives your return, they will email you and process your refund accordingly.
