Please, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Save your project.
Close the Cricut Design Space app.
Open your phone Settings, and unpair your Cricut machine from your mobile device.
Re-pair your Cricut machine to your mobile device.
Launch the Cricut Design Space app.
Attempt to complete your project again.

Open Settings > Bluetooth.
Click on the "i" near the device that you want to remove/forget.
Based on the current status of the device, you'll get the option Forget This Device.
