I just ordered a Cricut joy and it worked the very first time I used it

A week later I’m trying to use it and I’m doing a project and when it’s time to print it says add accessory but there’s nothing to select so I put cancel and then a error pops up saying that there was an issue communicating with the machine and to contact support

Where is an error though?

May I ask you to open your phone Settings, and unpair your Cricut machine from your mobile device? Re-pair your Cricut machine with your iPhone. Launch the Cricut Design Space app. Attempt to complete your project again.
