You need any of this version to be able to record your meetings :
Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, E5, F3, A1, A3, A5, M365 Business, Business Premium, or Business Essentials.
Currently, the free version of Microsoft Teams doesn't support recordings

One other question, when I'm recording and presenting, can the other people see me as well as my prsentation, I need to also be seen if that makes sense.
