tried rebooting and pushing button on remote that shows square with ears indicating live tv. Nothing works

connected to htmi 2 and this turned t. Off and screen is black

turned tv back on but screen is still black. Yes can connect to hdmi 1
Let’s try to soft reset your TV. To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.
