I have problem to connect a Deco M4 to the main one.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?

I can't connect the second Deco m4 to the first.

Can you please clarify at what stage of the connection you have a problem or do you need help getting started from the get-go?

The first connected and work, now I can't connect the 2 ND.

Please, follow the instruction below:

  1. Open the Deco app. Tap the Network module on the homepage.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon and select Set Main Deco.
  3. Select the Satellite Deco that you want to use as a Main Deco, then follow the app instructions to finish the setting.
