I have a problem with instagram on Huawei p40 lite

Short summary:

  1. Update the Instagram app: Make sure you have the latest version.
  2. Reinstall the app: Restart your phone, uninstall Instagram, then reinstall it.
  3. Clear Instagram's cache: Go to phone Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Check date/time settings: Ensure your phone's date and time are correct.
  5. Free up storage: Make sure your phone has sufficient storage space.
  6. Check for temporary ban: Open Instagram > Settings > Security > Access Data > Acknowledge any guideline violation messages.
  7. Access Instagram on a PC: Look for guideline violation messages on the web version and acknowledge them.
  8. Log out and log back in: If the issue persists, try this last step.

I see.
Did you log out and log in?

Customer Replay

Yes

Thanks.
At times, even incorrect date and time on your phone can cause the Instagram feed not updating issue. Make sure you set the right date and time.
To change the date and time on Android, go to phone Settings > System > Date & time. Set the correct details or enable the setting for Use network-provided time

Customer Replay

It's correct time

I understand.
If your phone storage is almost full, you should free up space to make Instagram work normally.

Customer Replay

It's not full

Thanks.
More often than not, the Instagram feed not loading issue happens because Instagram has banned you temporarily. You might have broken some guidelines or went against the Instagram rules.
To fix the issue, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Instagram app.
  2. Go to your profile screen and tap on the three-bar icon. Choose Settings.

  1. Go to Security followed by Access Data. Here you will see a message or warning that says something similar to ‘you have broken guidelines’.

Tap on Okay or Accept or Next to fix the feed problem.

How it goes?

Customer Replay

Can instagram ban you permanently?
I can't find access data

Could you see a screenshot?
Unfortunately, Instagram can ban permanently per administration's decision.
Could you tell me how it goes?

Customer Replay

Doesn't fixed
But how it's banned if I can login in my account?

If the above steps do not work, open Instagram on your PC. Make sure to open the Instagram website in a browser and not the app on your computer. Look for a warning or error banner that says guidelines broken.
You are not banned, you might have broken some guidelines or went against the Instagram rules.

Customer Replay

Yes I used some instagram tags in some posts to grow my likes

I faced the same problem before. I solved it by clearing the cache of the Instagram app in settings.
