Okay, to change the phone number you need to log in to your PlayStation account on their website, before that you can change your password. Please go to: https://www.playstation.com/acct/management and type in your email address.

Please go to the link I send you and tap on "Trouble Signing In?" below the Next button.

Do you still need help with changing your phone number?

Follow these instructions, please:

1. Go to the Account Management section.
2. Click on Security from the left pane.
3. Click on Edit for the Mobile Number option.
4. Enter the desired phone number in place of the current one and click on Continue.
5. Enter the verification code received on your number and click on Verify.
6. Click on OK to complete the process.
