Okay, to change the phone number you need to log in to your PlayStation account on their website, before that you can change your password. Please go to: https://www.playstation.com/acct/management and type in your email address.

2. Click on Security from the left pane.
3. Click on Edit for the Mobile Number option.
4. Enter the desired phone number in place of the current one and click on Continue.
5. Enter the verification code received on your number and click on Verify.
6. Click on OK to complete the process.
