I can’t get a picture on HULU & freevee

I have a fire tv stick 4k max. Received 2 wks at and installed last Thursday night. The sound is good.

Disconnect the Fire TV device from the HDMI port then plug it back in. Try replacing your HDMI cable or HDMI hub with a new one. Use a High-Speed HDMI cable for streaming titles in 4K Ultra HD. Match your remote's source or input button to the HDMI port that your Fire TV is plugged into.

Please restart the Firestick and update the Hulu app. Here’s how to do it:

1. Click on the Home Button for 10 seconds, and choose My Fire TV. Now click on Restart, and wait for a minute.
2. Click on the Search icon and type Hulu using the remote as the Firestick restarts. Select Update, and wait for a few seconds.

Alexa says we don't have my fire tv nor does it show up. Alexa was asked to restart fire stick
