Could you clarify: are you using a desktop email app or you are using a web-version of Hotmail?

even ones I send myself are going to her. her email is the backup email for my account..
plus ones from other people do not come to me.

At the top of the page, select Settings > View all Outlook settings.
Then select Select Mail > Forwarding and tell me what you see there.

no but I can stop it by unchecking enable forwarding
