I can’t watch anything on my Tv on Paramount plus

It is showing a 6330 error

What troubleshooting have you done so far to resolve the issue with the error?

I have restated our internet router, turned Tv on and off, signed out then signed back on.

Please follow these steps:

  • Click on the Home button on your remote
  • Next, navigate to the Apps menu
  • Find the Paramount Plus App

  • Now click on the App and choose the Info option
  • You may need to hold down the Ok or Enter button to open see the Info menu

Then - choose Apps menu or All Apps, it may depend on the version of OS installed

  • Select the Paramount Plus app
  • Select Clear cache then OK.
  • If the issue is still not resolved, try the following steps.
  • Select Clear data then OK.

Actually, you mentioned there was a Reinstall option, we will use this option
Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Home button on your remote
  2. Next, navigate to the Apps menu
  3. Find the Paramount plus App
  4. Choose View Details
  5. Update the App
