Hello, thank you for using Howly.

No worries, let`s see what I can provide you with.
Also, is it your first time using the Oculus Quest or you have used it previously?

Perfect.
Here are the instructions:

  1. Kindly open the mobile app.
  2. Once you have opened the Oculus app, continue the setup process. This involves the following steps:
    - Set up a VR profile
    - Choose your preferences and privacy settings
    - Create a Meta Store PIN
    - Add your payment information
  3. After completing these steps, use your app to find and select your headset. This will then pair your headset with the mobile app.

Let`s try to reset both your iPhone and the headset as well.
To do that please follow these steps: press and hold the power button for a few seconds and then Tap Restart. You can also choose to Power off and then manually power on the device.

Let`s try to check the Oculus app, maybe some bugs on the app itself.
Kindly do the following:

  1. On your iPhone navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
  2. Find Meta Quest.
  3. Tap on Offload App.
  4. Hit Reinstall App afterward.

In that case, try doing the following:

  1. Launch the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Apps option.
  3. Depending on your phone model, you might need to click on an additional option called Manage Apps.
You should see a list of apps when you click it.
  4. Search for Meta Quest and tap on it.
  5. Tap on Clear Data at the bottom of the screen and confirm it.

No clear data, there is an "uninstall"

Try uninstalling it and then install it back in a few minutes.
