Once you're in the Chrome app store, search for "Remoku." The first and only result is the one you're looking for.

I put it in google I clicked on the first thing it shows and it goes to chrome web store and just says customize and personalize

Got it. Open Remoku via the icon in the upper right of your Chrome window. The virtual remote will pop open.
