I am starting my oculus quest 2 and my stationary boundry nor my room scale is working

How do I fix the problem. Its on startup

Let's set up a room-scale boundary!
How to set up a room-scale boundary
1. Press the home button on your Oculus Touch Controller.
2. Point your controller at Roomscale and pull the trigger.

Let's try these steps!
1. Guardian not found >> create 'room-scale' boundary guardian >> follow the steps to create a new boundary. (everything working as expected.)
2. Switch off the oculus and move upstairs/rooms
3. Switch back on oculus >> shows 'you have left boundary' >> 'return or recreate' (you should be able to still see pre-existing boundary downstairs/other room).
4. Now you try selecting 'stationary' >> 'confirm stationary' (but will keep saying 'return to boundary' because you are now on a different floor level and auto fails)
5. So create new again >> switch to room-scale (option under 'cancel'/'confirm')

It keeps doing the same. It won't let me get past either and goes back to return to play area
Is there a way to hard boot it back to fix it

Please, follow the provided steps
Hold the power and volume button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
