I am starting my oculus quest 2 and my stationary boundry nor my room scale is working

What troubleshooting have you done so far with Oculus quest 2?

How do I turn it on without the boundry setup
Let's set up a room-scale boundary!
How to set up a room-scale boundary
- Press the home button on your Oculus Touch Controller.
- Point your controller at Roomscale and pull the trigger.
I did that. Didnt work
Neither worked
Rooms calendar or stationary
I see
Room scale
It keeps saying return to play area
Let's try these steps!
- Guardian not found >> create 'room-scale' boundary guardian >> follow the steps to create a new boundary. (everything working as expected.)
- Switch off the oculus and move upstairs/rooms
- Switch back on oculus >> shows 'you have left boundary' >> 'return or recreate' (you should be able to still see pre-existing boundary downstairs/other room)
- Now you try selecting 'stationary' >> 'confirm stationary' (but will keep saying 'return to boundary' because you are now on a different floor level and auto fails)
- So create new again >> switch to room-scale (option under 'cancel'/'confirm')
It keeps doing the same. It won't let me get past either and goes back to return to play area
Is there a way to hard boot it back to fix it
