Could you specify, please, do you have an Apple or Android phone?

The best option to recover access to your account on your laptop is to change the password with your phone. To do it, please, follow these steps:

  1. With the app open to your mail, select the menu button in the upper-left corner.
  2. Choose Settings & privacy.

  3. Select Manage accounts at the top.

  4. Tap Account Info next to the account for which you want the password changed.

  5. Select Security Settings.- You may need to enter your phone password or otherwise authenticate to continue.
  6. Choose Change password.
  7. Enter a new password and then tap Continue.

And then you can sign in to your account on the laptop using the new password

Customer Replay

author

Do you have your account signed in there?

Customer Replay

I was trying to sign in but it wanted me to create an account. It put my aol. account name in there, but then went to the screen that wanted to know if I'm a robot. I guess I've screwed up one too many times.
