I am having trouble connecting to the Internet on my Samsung tv

On the Network Status screen, you will be able to see the connection status of the TV, router, and Internet. Blue dots mean a connection and a red X means no connection
Do you see Red X?

Please follow the next steps:
- Please click the HOME button on your TV remote. Navigate to Settings and
select it using your remote. - Select Network in the General menu.
- Select Network Status.
