I am getting commercials with my paramount plus prescription and I signed up for commercial free

Short summary:

  1. On your device (television or cell phone), open a web browser.
  2. Visit the official Paramount+ website by typing "paramountplus.com" in the address bar and pressing Enter.
  3. Once on the Paramount+ website, look for your user name or profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click on it.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select "Account." This will take you to your account settings.
  5. On the Account page, locate the subscription details section. This section will display information about your current subscription plan.
  6. Check the name of your current subscription plan. It should be "Paramount+ Premium."
  7. Note that as a Premium subscriber, you are entitled to on-demand content without advertisements. However, due to streaming rights, a few select shows may still have brief promotional interruptions.
  8. Understand that these promotional interruptions are quick, 10-15 second breaks in programming designed to keep you informed about Paramount+ shows and movies.
  9. Realize that currently, there is no way to remove these promotional interruptions for Premium subscribers as they are a part of the streaming rights agreement.

It says I have paramount plus premium for 9.99 a month. Couldn’t take a screen shot.

Did it ask you to log in? There's a chance that it shows you general subscription plans (if you are not logged in).

Noted! Thank you!
Premium subscribers enjoy on-demand content free from advertisements. However, due to streaming rights, a few select shows are required to have 2 brief promotional interruptions. A promotional interruption is a quick, 10-15 second break in programming to keep you up-to-date on Paramount+ shows or movies.

Customer Replay

I think that is what is happening.

Yeah, currently, there is no way to remove them because they are shown for Paramount Plus Premium subscribers due to the streaming rights and all of the customers see them.

Thank you. I am all set.
