How do I go about reestablishing a weekly use of Zoom service again?

Please, follow the instructions below to renew your Zoom subscription:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. https://zoom.us/signin
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Select the Current Plans tab.
  4. To the right of your plan, identify the NEXT INVOICE DATE, stating Expires on X date if the plan is not in a recurring billing cycle.
    Note: If your plan is in a recurring billing cycle, you won’t see an expiration date but the date of your next billing cycle.

You can do this in the web version also.

  • In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then
    Billing.
  • Click the Billing Information tab.
  • Scroll to the Payment Method section, then click Edit.

I did find billing. it says we are currently on a basic plan.
what were we on when we paid monthly?

  • In the Current Plan tab, click Upgrade Account. In the box of the plan you want to purchase, click Upgrade.

Here are the instructions on how you can upgrade your current Zoom plan:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then click Billing.

  4. In the box of the plan you want to upgrade to, click Upgrade.
  5. Enter the number of licenses you need and select whether you would like to pay monthly or annually.

You can have 1 or 2 and it should be enough for your requirements.
