How do I go about reestablishing a weekly use of Zoom service again?

Please, follow the instructions below to renew your Zoom subscription:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal. https://zoom.us/signin
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Billing.
- Select the Current Plans tab.
- To the right of your plan, identify the NEXT INVOICE DATE, stating Expires on X date if the plan is not in a recurring billing cycle.
Note: If your plan is in a recurring billing cycle, you won’t see an expiration date but the date of your next billing cycle.
Im having a little difficulty. I have the zoom app which it keeps taking me to but i cant locate account management.

You can do this in the web version also.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then
Billing. - Click the Billing Information tab.
- Scroll to the Payment Method section, then click Edit.
I did find billing. it says we are currently on a basic plan.
what were we on when we paid monthly?
- In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then Billing.
- In the Current Plan tab, click Upgrade Account. In the box of the plan you want to purchase, click Upgrade.
Sorry to be so clueless. How do I know what plan I should choose?

We want to do a zoom meeting every Wednesday evening for an hour.
Then you can use a free Zoom plan if you want.

Here are the instructions on how you can upgrade your current Zoom plan:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then click Billing.

- In the box of the plan you want to upgrade to, click Upgrade.
- Enter the number of licenses you need and select whether you would like to pay monthly or annually.

With 5 Zoom licenses, you can have 5 licensed users on your account
What part does a licensed user play? Do we need more than 1. Is this the person that organizes the meetings ?

With 5 Zoom licenses, you can have 5 licensed users on your account. In addition to your Licensed users, you can add up to 9999 Basic users to your Zoom account.
Meaning if I, as a licensed user, can't be at the meeting than another one can? Im having a hard time wrapping my brain around this.
You can have 1 or 2 and it should be enough for your requirements.
