I wasn't quite sure what I was doing and the e-mail came back repeatedly. So I did something to the computer in an attempt to block his message. After I did whatever I did I was unable to get into my outlook e-mail. I'm a senior citizen so I'm not sure what I did, but I cannot open outlook anymore. Hope you can help me fix it.
