How can I unblock my outlook email

I am unable to bring up my e-mail account on my open microsoft page

Short summary:

If you can't access your email account, clear the cache and cookies on your Microsoft Edge browser. To do this, follow these steps:

  • In Edge, select Settings and more (3 dots) in the upper right corner of your browser window.
  • Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  • Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now.
  • Under Time range, choose a time range from the list (all time).
  • Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
  1. Restart your laptop or PC and try accessing your Outlook email account again using Microsoft Edge.
  2. If you still can't access your Outlook email account using Microsoft Edge, try logging in from another browser, such as Google Chrome.
  3. Check if there are any updates for Microsoft Edge by clicking on the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window, selecting "Settings," scrolling down and clicking on "About Microsoft Edge." If an update is available, install it.
  4. Disable all extensions in Microsoft Edge except for Adblock, Amazon Assistant, and Instant Dictionary. To do this, click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window, select "Extensions," and turn off the toggle switch next to each extension.
  5. If none of the above steps work, reset the browser settings to default. To do this, click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window, select "Settings," then scroll down and click on "Reset settings."
  6. Test your Outlook email account again and verify that you can now access it.

*****@hotmail.com Last night I received a email message saying that I have been hacked. I wanted to block the e-mail and so I deleted and blocked it. I wasn't quite sure what I was doing and the e-mail came back repeatedly. So I did something to the computer in an attempt to block his message. After I did whatever I did I was unable to get into my outlook e-mail. I'm a senior citizen so I'm not sure what I did, but I cannot open outlook anymore. Hope you can help me fix it.

Can you please tell me, do you remember your password for this email?

Customer Replay

yes

Can you please tell me, when you try to sign in here -> https://outlook.live.com/, at what point you can't continue?
Try to sign in, please, by clicking on the link and using your email -> *****@hotmail.com and tell me, if you are not able to get in.

I got it, unfortunately, there is only one more thing we can try to do.
