Chromecast with tv worked perfect turned it off now it wont come back on I have tried everything in the manual and helpline

done it twice already the chromecast wirked well now it wont come back on
Pushed the button on chromecast the back and home on the remote reset google home app and chromecast several times

Have you checked that the Chromecast is plugged directly into a power source and the power cable is okay?

Yes done that many times still makes same sound

Is your TV set to the HDMI input that your Chromecast is plugged into?

it worked perfectly turned it off two days later it just keeps making the noise with a black screen

Please, unplug the Chromecast power cable and then wait one minute and then plug the cable back in
Also, make sure that you unplug the power cable and not the HDMI cable plugged into the TV
