Can not get peacock to play

Let’s try to soft reset your TV. To do this please unplug your TV from the wall and wait 60 seconds. While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds. After the minute is up, plug your TV back in.

Follow these instructions, please:

  • Press the VIA button on the remote.
  • Press the yellow button on the remote.
  • Select Delete App from the pop-up menu.
  • Then confirm your choice and select Yes, delete.
  • After that, please, download the app again

To delete an app from Vizio smart tv you have to follow some steps they are as follows:

  1. Go to your screen.
  2. Click on the Smart Hub Button on your remote.
  3. Then select the app icon.
  4. Go to Navigate to my app
  5. Click on the app which you want to delete then hold the center of the navigation
    pad until the app menu appears.
  6. Then click on the delete button.
  7. A Small Pop up will appear which will tell you to delete the app two options will appear yes or no. If you want to delete the app then press yes or no
