All incoming calls are blocked

spectrum replaced the router and wifi

Short summary:

  1. Check the connection: Ensure that the base unit is properly plugged into the power socket and the telephone line.
  2. Test the line: Verify if you can hear a dial tone on any of the handsets. If none of the handsets are in use, unplug the base unit from the power outlet for 15 seconds, then reconnect it. Test the line by calling your phone line from a different phone or a cell phone.
  3. Disable the Call Block function: If your phone has a "Call block" function, disable it. Refer to the operating instructions for your phone and look for a section specifically related to "Call blocking."
  4. Access the Call Block menu: Pick up any cordless handset while the system is not in use.
  5. Press the "Call Block" button.
  6. Navigate to "Block a single number": Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to scroll through the options until you find "Block a single number."
  7. Select the option: Press the "Select" button to choose the "Block a single number" option.
  8. Delete blocked numbers: Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to scroll through the list of blocked numbers. For each number, press the ERASE soft key to delete it. Repeat this step until all the numbers are deleted.
  9. Confirm deletion: If prompted, select "Yes" to confirm the deletion of each number.
  10. Verify incoming call functionality: Once all the numbers are deleted, incoming calls should no longer be blocked. Test your phone by receiving a call to confirm that it's working properly.
