1. Press the Xbox Button to open the guide and select Profile & System,
2. Under Profile & System select Settings.
3. Under Settings, select System and then select Console Info.
4. Under Console Info, select, Reset Console.
5. After selecting Reset Console choose Reset and keep my games and apps.
