y phone is about 4 years old and the battery is good
What troubleshooting have you done so far?
I checked with upload and download speed as I use the phone for VOIP calling
Also teh problem doe not happen when I make Voip call son my mobile handsets

*****, please open the battery compartment and remove the battery, and disconnect the power from the base station for a minute.
After that input, the battery back and plug the power back.
Place the handset in the base station, and wait a few minutes for it to recover.
