The Logik TV in the bedroom does not have internet

I have tried set up connection it says wireless signal is excellent but still not connected, error 016. there Roku box serving tv

    Unplug the Roku box from the power outlet for 5 minutes and then plug it back in.
  2. If the Roku box still does not respond, try changing the TV channel on your TV to ensure it is on the correct input/source for the Roku box.
