I just bought this tv yesterday and not able to get it setup It works fine other than it keeps going back on store mode and on the left side of the screen there is a display of what tv I have

Please follow these instructions
1. Turn on your Hisense TV.
2. Click the Home key on your remote.
3. Tap Settings icon on your remote.
4. Scroll through to find Device Preferences and select it.
5. You will then see the option Retail mode.
6. Deselect it to disable it

Follow these instructions, please:
1. Using your TV’s volume up and down buttons to navigate the menu, hover over “Settings” or the gear icon.
2. Use the “Home” button on your TV’s control panel to select “Settings” and open the settings menu.
3. Using the channel up and down buttons, select “Device Preferences.”
4. With the same controls as above, find and select “Usage Mode.”
5. Find “Store Mode,” “Demo Mode,” or “Usage Mode” using the channel up and down buttons, and disable it by pressing the “Home” button.

I can’t watch a movie without store mode coming up I get it off but it keeps coming back
