and I can’t go to the playstion store or play any online games

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Sign In. On the sign-in screen, press the triangle button, and then select Next. An email for changing your password is sent to the sign-in ID (email address) shown on this screen. You'll be sent an email containing a secure link.

You may check what email address is linked with your PSN
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Users and Accounts.
3. Click on Account.
4. Select Sign-In ID (Email Address).
There you will see your email address.
Then please log in to your mailbox and try to find an email from PlayStation Network
