You may check what email address is linked with your PSN

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Users and Accounts.
  3. Click on Account.
  4. Select Sign-In ID (Email Address).
    There you will see your email address.
    Then please log in to your mailbox and try to find an email from PlayStation Network

Just changed the email cos it was a wrong one

Please then start the procedure of restoring the password again
So PSN will send the pass to the email address you've just changed to
