My philo is not working keeps saying it's having trouble streaming

I just paid 29.00 which I normally pay 20.00 and it's still saying I have no service

Since the error code is ds-0.1, could you please try to follow the steps below?
- Unplug your HDMI cable from both ends.
- Unplug or Switch Off the power from both the streaming device and TV.
- After a minute, Reconnect the HDMI cable from both ends.
- Replug or Switch On the power of your TV along with the streaming device.
