My philo is not working keeps saying it's having trouble streaming

I guess my service got disconnected I have auto pay
I just paid 29.00 which I normally pay 20.00 and it's still saying I have no service

Since the error code is ds-0.1, could you please try to follow the steps below?

  1. Unplug your HDMI cable from both ends.
  2. Unplug or Switch Off the power from both the streaming device and TV.
  3. After a minute, Reconnect the HDMI cable from both ends.
  4. Replug or Switch On the power of your TV along with the streaming device.
