My panasonic house phone wont hook up it has two synbles on it

One has a bell with a line through it the other sa eco

Short summary:

  1. Check that all handsets are properly seated on their bases.
  2. Reboot the main base.
  3. Check the connections between the main base and the landline.
  4. Contact the landline service provider to ensure that there are no issues with the connection.
  5. If the phone does not ring, adjust the ringer volume by pressing the arrow up button while the telephone is ringing.

Hello, thank you for using Howly.
Can you specify the model, please?

Ok, check if your landline is properly connected to the Main Base, please.

Customer Replay

ok its just the same dial tone but wont hook up same busy

Ok, so when you are picking up the phone there is a dial tone present, correct?

Customer Replay

when it gets to the number busy signal
same when you call in

Then it seems that you are experiencing the issue with the landline itself.
Can you specify your landline service provider?

When the handset does not ring and the speaker with a slash through-it icon is displayed the ringer volume is turned off. Adjust the ringer volume. While the telephone is ringing press the arrow up button ▲ repeatedly to select the desired volume.
