*****, I just want to inform you, that this is a phishing scam. Please, don't call any numbers, and don't click any links.
I would recommend your husband change the password and report the scam activity to the PayPal help center via email: phishing@paypal.com.
Also, if you click on a requested money transaction, there are two buttons that you can choose from. One is Send Money and the other is Cancel.
Please choose "Cancel".
