Nice to meet you, *****!
Can you please specify what exact thermostat you have?

It says Honeywell Pro series. I think it is the t6. That picture matches my thermostat

Okay, thank you.
To unlock the keypad of the T6 Pro Smart Thermostat, you would need to follow these steps:

  1. Tap the lock symbol on the display. Now, you would need to type in the PIN.
  2. Tap the +/- keys to change the individual digits on the screen.
  3. Tap’ Select’ to confirm the digit.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you input all four digits in the correct order.
  5. Once you have done this, the device will have been unlocked, which means that the settings can now be accessed freely by you.

I got it Thank You so much. By the way can this thermostats go above 76 and if so How do I raise it

That's good, *****!
Please check if you have the plus or minus button on either side of your thermostat?

Customer Replay

I do but it won't go past 76
Maybe the apartment mgmnt won't let it go past 76. I dont know

Usually, 76 degrees is the default max value because that's usually the comfortable temperature
That's the highest value for the thermostat
